Multi colour fields of tulips in bloom were a feast. This is perhaps the largest collection of all kinds of tulips in India and worth a visit There is signboard that shows the percentage bloom on each day

When we arrived there, it's 70% bloom. At that time we were there, the only thing that disturbing was just the traffic :(. But, it has Beautiful Scenery so the traffic was forgiven☺

The garden is vast and it is close to Dal Lake. I saw many different types of tulips during the Tulip Festival. Admission fees were very friendly and not too high.

No point in visiting the Tulip garden in August. The blooming of tulips is only in April and that too for a few weeks only.
