One of the majestic symbol of teh royal family of vadodara. The gaikwads truly had a taste, a class and a dignity in whatever they did in this city. I think it is their efforts which shows the richness of culture and arts in this city.

Laxmi Vilas Palace is one of the great attraction of Vadodara. It is one of the heritage of Vadodara given by Maharaja Sayajirao to Vadodara. It is the royal place for wedding too. I was there for one of the business friend's marriage. Awesome place.

Laxmi Vilas palace is the pride of Vadodara. Palace is very well maintained and lavish. The ground floor of the palace is open to visitors. Photography not allowed inside the palace is disheartening. Palace is adored with Felicia sculptures and Great art work. Nicely recorded audio information. A trip to Vadodara is incomplete workout visiting the place.

Attended a close family wedding, the palace is grand with lavish lawns and the food and catering and the entire setup was memorable.
