A beautiful quaint place to spend an evening. The architecture of the temple is superb. Unfortunately we had been there in afternoon, when it was extremely Hot. There is also a video tour which is a nice watch.

Akshardham,a huge temple located at Gandhinagar, is built as a tribute to Swaminarayan and his life and teachings. The temple has very high level of security due to past attacks. There are many shows and activities inside the temple complex.
