The place has history dating to 15th century. The stone construction is still so beautiful and charming. The carvings are pretty highly skilled works.

This is very historic place having step well. But as you go down, you will feel a weird smell that is unbearable. It needs regular maintenance and cleaning. One time visit is Ok.

This place is pretty amazing. If you are visiting Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar, I reckon you must visit this place unless someone does not have an interest in history or art.
