I am writing this review not because of the palace itself but because you can see it from the boat when you go on a dolphin viewing boat trip. On the road to Fort Aguada from Sinquerim, there are boat trips with the objective of seeing dolphins... The cost of these trips is 300 rupees per person, & you are out for about 45 minutes. Whether you see a dolphin, or not, the trip is well worth the money, & seeing the palace from the boat, is just a bonus.
