This place is surely a very good, scenic place. However, looks over hyped!! Forest route and the fall is very scenic. Water is very clean and cold. The scene of train passing over the bridge on the sidelines of the fall is beautiful.

Highlight was deep fresh water pool next to water fall. It's 80 km from Touristy Goa and takes approx 2 hours to reach there. Make sure you reach before 3:30 pm as last Jeep leaves at 4. 11 km dirt track takes you to waterfall. Walk for 10 minutes ( not advisable for kids and elders) you will each to... More

I had been told earlier about this place so I was mentally prepared for it,,, They charge you Rs. 2800 for one Jeep carrying 7 passenger so that comes out to be Rs. 400 per head and Rs. 30 per head for life jacket separately and Rs. 20 toll tax, so this comes out to be Rs. 450 per head.... More

Visited nine years ago, had a great time. Tourism business has took hold of this place, while its retained its natural beauty the whole day was not enjoyable from start to finish. Collected at 7am, no english was spoken, no guide, dumped in the village for two hours with no cash or info, taken on one of 200 queuing jeeps... More

Little costly event. One have to spent Rs. 2000.00 (Incl. Tkt & taxi) But not to mis experience. Deep forest with small water canals, half kilometer walk. On reaching to Fall one forget tiredness.

Please plan for early arrival at this spot if you want to explore the entire area apart from waterfalls. The waterfalls is very refreshing. Its very deep but since life jackets are provided no need to worry :) . Just kick all those worries out when u r in the waterfalls.
