One of the oldest universities of indian sub continent, it was shifted to chandigarh from Lahore after India's partition. Apart from different blocks, Gandhi bhawan and student centre stand out. Especially the food at Student Centre.
One of the most beautiful campuses---lush green, well organized, reasonably priced, haven for students who wish to study and has a air of uniqueness about it. There are a few heritage buildings as well and a stamp too has been issued to commemorate this university....More

Unsure if you mean visit the departments and offices (they are closed on weekends) or just the campus (its always open). Better to check the website and call for checking if you want to go for a specific official purpose.
