We were in a group of 11 comprising of adults teens and kids. We visited the kikar lodge from 29-31 jan. Few of us were excited for zip lining and other adventures but others couldn't overcome their fear. Once we went to the dress up room we were told that everyone has to do the demo and practice session. Afterwards you can quit. Surprisingly all of us did it really well and the zip crew ( nischal and kishan ) started motivating us to continue to the hill top. All of us reached the first launch pad but the fear was still there in many. One by one we reached the other end. For a moment it was like playing with death but afterwards it was too much fun. When the 2nd zip line came, something weird happened. One after the other, none of us made it to the end and it was the time to show our skills. Like a monkey we scrolled to the end as told by the instructor in the demo. It was a moment of pride for all. Kids with height less than 4'7' were alowed to do the last and 5th zip line only that too with instructors. One of the kids devansh was too afraid to do it and started crying. But without wasting a moment Mr. Rajneesh flew off and all the fear from his heart vanished forever. I would thank hime from the bottom of my heart. GoPro camera for a 360° capture is must here although they don't have one, you can get your own. At last it was the best trip ever.

The experience was for lifetime. 2 highly skilled people ( nischal and kishan )guide you and give demo on short low lying wires. They were humble and kind. After climbing almost 1 km on the mountain you reach to the 1st zipline. In total they are 5 and the 2nd one is the longest (400m) . If you get stuck in between the crew immediately comes for help. They even helped us fix our 360° GoProMax Camera on the rope to be able to shoot the view. Kids below height of 4'7' can do the last zip line with the instructor. There's nothing to be afraid about doing this in terms of safety.

We were 4 and visited The Kikar Lodge on 8-10 Jan. We were there just to be in high spirits along with few jungle walks and animal spotting. We also thought of horse riding and quad biking. Riding on zip line was not on agenda. One, we all fear heights and two, we all had bad earlier experience. After breakfast we asked for directions to book safari. By mistake we met FlyingFox team who greeted us warmly. It was super impressive to see their military style equipment layout. All harnesses, ropes, gloves, hooks, carbiners etc were neatly hanged which is essential to identify/prevent any wear and tear. It is the most basic yet most important safety aspect which induces lots of confidence in users. Impressed with that we did toyed with an idea to try it. The team understood our anxiety and we were smoothly talked out by them charting out safety standards, their training and experience, track record etc. Within 15-20 minutes we found ourselves walking up to 1st of total 5 launch pads. But our anxiety and fear was still there. There was a 10 minute training session on actual zip line on ground. We were briefed about all commands, instructions and equipment handling. That boosted our confidence. There after it was all fun. All 5 zip lines were excellent. Mesmerizing views, especially the 2nd one. Only low point is that they don't have go-pro to capture the memories but yet it is a must do if you are in Kikar Lodge. In fact it is the best activity there. Also, it is value for money.
