This place may have historical importance but due to this architecture's encroachment of adjacent road traffic jams are regular. Maintenance too is very poor.

This mosque is locally known by various names like Chimmi ghat mosque and Sangi Masjid.The name Patthar ki Masjid is derived by the architecture of the mosque which is made up of stone.

It is located in Bank of River Ganga. Patthar Ki Masjid is a wonderful muslim religious tourist destination, also known as Saif Khan's Mosque.This is fully made up of stone.

You will not even notice it & u will pass it. Absolutely zero maintenance. the locals around have encroached on compound of masjid. u will only see goats, hens around & yes-a whole lot of stinking garbage piled by locals.
