This museum is built inside an actual submarine. Very interesting facts about functioning of submarines can be learnt from it. Note- This is a very small museum in general, It takes like 10-15 mins and you're already out of the submarine. Its just like a walk inside the museum. Taking a camera is not worth it for the ticket price... More

This is an old submarine, which has been turned into a museum. Nothing exceptional about this, other than a walk in the interiors. The feeling is claustrophobic, but appreciate the effort put in by our armed forces to defend our nation, in this case, the Navy.

It was very touching to be on an actual submarine that was used for the war between India and Pakistan. The models displayed inside brought tears to my eyes which reminded me of all those martyrs who fought for our country.

Its a quick 15 min inexpensive tour. Highly recommended if you have not seen a submarine. Gives a very good feel of what it would have been for the people on board.

The one who is enthusiastic of submarine can get a lot of information from here. One can know the life style of the people working in it. When the submarine is in working condition many don't have opportunity to see it and know about it, but through this all the people can gain good knowledge of its working and lifestyle... More

A good educational visit. The admission price is ₹40. A guide explains the rudimentary aspects. There were no technical aspects explained but it is a visit well worth going to as it highlights a certain type if warfare that is crucial in defending Indias shores
