Located in an ideal place this movie hall is very useful and popular. The movie screens were good and the sound quality was decent as well. The seats were comfortable too. Most important thing is the prices are pretty reasonable.

The place has amazing food places like TGIF and Cinema Social and food chains like McDonalds and KFC. It also has PVR Cinemas and a couple of gifts and novelty shops. Perfect place to go out for an evening with bowling, food and then movies.

This Mall is more a movie Hall with restaurants than a proper Mall.It contains a Bowling Alley and Restaurants like Cinema Social,Mac Donalds,Blue Fox etc and a PVR Cinemas Multiplex.Very few stores exist.The Movie Experience was very good,we saw a movie "Kabaali" and loved the screen and sound system.

This multiplex has comfortable seating and good sound system.
They do not have wide range of snacking options but they do give a decent number of choices. However, if you are looking to spend sometime in the mall before the movie starts, you'll be disappointed. As there are only few other restaurants and nothing much to look around.

The best thing about RK Multiplex is that there are not too many restaurants or shopping areas in the cineplex. So it is never too crowded. You have good eating options at KFC, Mac D and TGIF . There are also many food options at the PVR theatre.

Went for a movie about a week back and had an absolutely awful time. I booked tickets through bookmyshow.com where they provide an option to order food online. However its a complete joke because even after online ordering, you have to again go to different counters for a re-order. All they do via online ordering is take cash upfront without any extra service. They didn't even deliver food on time - it came half an hour after the intermission.
While exiting the theater, we had an old person in our group who had trouble with stairs so we were looking for an elevator but apparently there is no elevator while exiting the theater.
Overall an OK place. Customer service needs huge improvement as nobody has any clue about whats going on.
