    Evening Boat Ride
    Beautiful lake with the Buddha statue in the middle of it. We took a motor boat to go to see the Buddha statue. It is only a 5 minute ride around the lake, but we loved it. There is speed in the boat, which gives a rush of joy. and we went there at sunset, so was very beautiful..the boat rides only start at 4 p.m. they don't go there in the middle of the day. So you should plan your visit ahead of time. Enjoy

A veritable floating garbage dump. Smelly and dirty, surrounded by crumbled walk ways that did not even go all the way around. Add to it the horrendous pollution of the city which creates a haze that makes it difficult to see, and you have a truly bad experience. Not worth bothering to even cross the road to see this lake.

Dirty and stinky

It is better to remain away with dirty and stinky lake. The boating is reasonable but in stinky water. One can’t breathe the fresh air. Avoid it. Better to drive, pick some ice cream, sit in a car and relax for sometime.

My views about the lake

Situation in the middle of the city of Hyderabad.Its a joy just driving around the circumference of the lake.Lots of entertainment along side the lake.Lots of food.It looks stunning as the sun sets.At night the lights iluminate and makes it very beautiful

"Big and grand"

In Hyderabad, Charminar, Husain Sagar and Birla Mandir are must see.

Hussain Sagar is a huge area. Lot of gardens adjoin the lake. The lake has nice boating facilities.

Rush, during Covid, was less. May need half a day for seeing

Great hub of hanging out, boating, eating and recreation. Bordered by a long and wide promenade that is great for a romantic stroll. But needs to be better lit and supported by good quality street side eateries to make it a better place.

From afar the view was cool but when you approach the lake, there’s rubbish everywhere. Sigh. This place is not a village. There are fine restaurants around. Wish it is cleaned and maintained regularly.

Serene and adventurous
The lake is huge and has all sorts of adventurous rides like jet skiing and all. Remaining part of the lake is still being cleaned up. The eat street restaurant on the side is great place to hang out !!
