We visited in afternoon time for slot of 5.30 PM. Ticket price was ₹600 for adult and ₹450 for kids over 2.5 years. You will get equipments like jacket, shoes, gloves , socks etc from the staff there, but sometimes they are very oversized.. They have kept it well with snow games, dance etc but considering ticket prices, it is not that worth really! It's overpriced place.. but if you've never been to any snow place in India, then it can be a good place to enjoy it

Good Part: Helpful staff. Good arrangement for keeping bags, phones, cameras. Once inside, look and feel of snow world is good. Kids, teens and adults enjoy the rides and igloo. If you feel too cold, you can go out and come back again within your time-slot. The batch starts on time. Parking is available nearby. Improvements needed: Quality of jackets can be vastly improved. Velcro does not stick. Velcro on the wrists also does not stick. So the jackets open up from all sides offering zero protection from cold. The gloves are like oven gloves. No finger separation. Not possible to take photos without removing the glove. Not possible to play for 1 hour in this clothing. Everyone comes out in 30-35 minutes. Request to improve clothing so that people can enjoy fully!

For people who don't see to experience snow, this is perfect place to experience typical winter sports. They provide everything from Jackets, gloves, socks, shoes. They have one hour of session it feels it is less but it is really cold and in 15-20 minutes you will be done with it. They have slides, lot of volly balls to play with. and lot of places for taking picture. You can get one phone for photo inside with some charges. This is must-do destinations for kids and family.
