I liked this temple which is situated quite at a high level and gives a wonderful view of Hussain Sagar lake and the city. It can be quite difficult for elderly people to take those many stairs, however once you reach there, it's worth. Please remember to leave your bags, and camera at home if possible as it's not allowed... More

Opens 7 am till 9 pm, the temple closes for 3 hours in the afternoon, 12-3pm. It promises everything a temple, specially Birla temple promises. White marble, impressive idol, greens and flowers and large peaceful premise.

Feels so good to walk on the Marble stone as the gentle breeze hits you on your face...You get lost in this peaceful ambience of the temple & the skyline views of the city, with busy traffic lights. Also, the spectacular view of the worlds tallest monolith statue of Gautama Buddha can... More

I love the modern crafting, yes it is completely different from the stone carvings, where only hand art spoke a lot. Now here all are marbles where machines did their job. An overview of the quarter city... More

Overlooking the city and lake Birla Mandir is in the city, easily accissible, close to the lake. Popular, interesting, clean, remarkable fine and original art work, worth a visit. Highly recommended.
