Best cruise for going anywhere in Havelock. 0 nonsense , leaves on time and arrives on time as well. Has deluxe department in it also so try booking that. Even has a canteen inside for drinks and food etc.

We took 3 ferries with them during our recent trip. They have good capacity vessel with comfortable seats. We travelled in all classes Royal ,Deluxe and Premium. In one of the ferries I lost my wallet. It was traced by the Makruzz staff and handed over to me safely

Last Dec traveled 3 islands on Macruz ferries. Port Blair- Havelock - Neil & back PB. Well organized. Meticulous luggage receipt & delivery arrangements. No damage. No confusion. Within No time. Good sea view. Planned numbered sitting. On board music, can avail snacks- beverages on reasonable payments. While in high seas you experience the splash, waves and sea bounce. Exhilarating tourist enjoyment. Multiple round of ferrying. Conveniently timed. Loved the rides. Must travel entertainment.

We travelled through Makruzz from Port Blair to Havelock to Neil and back. It is v clean, well air conditioned with extremely helpful and polite staff. They were v punctual and efficient in boarding and unloading luggage. The cafe in the ferry is also v popular. We had wonderful experiences travelling with them.

one of the best and fastest mode of transport to swaraaj dweep from port blair. Also, the customer service is great. Island people are honest and helpful. I had an incident where I forgot my phone in the makruzz and realized an hour later. The guy whose name was sanjeev picked up my phone and told that i forgot my both phones in the ship. He asked me to meet at a specific place and handed me over both phones after ensuring that they belong to me. Truly a great experience. In short book makruzz. They are really good.

A truly wonderful experience starting with the staff who are amazing. I took my 88 year old mother who has very limited mobility, but the staff were unbelievably helpful. These kind of people are what India stands for. Deluxe Cabin was very clean, accessible washrooms. On board snacks were very tasty and very reasonably priced. So buy quick before they run out. Silent, smooth ride. No fear of sea sickness. Only suggestion is they consider air conditioning of the waiting hall.

The interiors are neat and clean and it seems mostly the system is quite organised with de boarding and on boarding. There is a proper check in and scanning system in place also. Dont book corner seats since the Aur conditioner doesn’t work so effectively. If you have kids who may want to watch tv - give preference to middle seats. In the lower deck the windows have water marks on them, so not fully clear view. Food and snacks are also available on board. Good experience overall

Nice service. Guys helped with the booking and payment by email. Good price, nice site (just fix FAQ section). It was on time. We booked deluxe class tickets (not a big difference concerning the price). AC and drinks (tea, coffee) on board.

Deluxe Ferry with good clean ship but limited food options and tad expensive - as we booked the Deluxe seats. It did not seem like too much of an upgrade over the basic seats. I would next time just book basic class as they were equally clean. Just felt tad disappointed to not see Deluxe being as much as an upgrade as hoped for
