Located in the Miracle Park, the clock tower is a replica of an Ottoman era building. It is surrounded by small pools of water on the sides. The tower has three levels. At the bottom is the entrance above which there is a galleried walkway. This is topped by the tower itself at the top of which is are the clock dials. There are balconies facing all directions in the middle of the tower. Above the clock dials is a viewing gallery topped by a golden cupola. There are fountains on the sides of the building. As per the local people, the fountains spout local Georgian alcohol "Chacha" which gives the tower its name. Apparently, the fountains only operate at specific times and days. Unfortunately, they were not operating while I was there. But you can check out the schedule and enjoy the free "Chacha".
