I went there with my family. Entrance fee is 20 gel for elders and 10 gel for kids. It was evening, could not take even good pictures, the place is so small, the staff can't speak neither Russian or English, not so interesting. The building is beautiful from outside. Our impressions aren't really so good. ((

20 laris per person to ride. Okay, that's perfectly normal. We first climb into a first elevator without windows, borderline like a freight elevator. The 2nd is a little more aesthetic but also not up to what one would expect from such a monument: no music, no lights, no signs showing that we are in a tower that puts full the view architecturally. Arrived at the bar (the restaurant was closed...) the view is beautiful. Nothing to say. But once we've done the rounds, what happens? Rien, absolument rien. No explanation of the composition of the alphabet, the monument itself, nothing in fact. We're in a bar and it's you and your chance if we consider you. We didn't have one. 20 minutes sitting and no one looked at us, we got up and left. Yet there were not many people. When we left I saw customers get up to have menus by themselves, at this level I stay home and make my coffee alone...

Its a good city. Too overcrowded but towards the boulevard. Calm and worth visiting places are Europe Square, Pluto Square and some good cafes. Be careful on your ticket expense being asked for Alphabet tower. Ali and Nino statue is a nice spectacle. You mist take time and good knees for the botanical gardens. The cable car is a bit of an hype other than the aerial view of the city which is spectacular. The cultural dance performance if the start at the top would be a great attraction. Overall we felt that the city lacked the unique charm of its own.

The experience was underwhelming. The elevator is a metal box with no views, and guests are escorted to the top floor without much communication. The only highlight is a 360-degree view from the top, but there’s nothing particularly remarkable about it.

Price: 20 Lari per person

In my opinion, it’s not worth the time or money—I wouldn’t recommend it.

The Alphabetic Tower is located right in the entrance to the promenade, it's very nice to use that long lift upstairs but then it's only a bar or restaurant so it's a gimmick and nothing more.

They do offer an English menu but the staff doesn't speak English fluently and the service is a bit slow.

Quality of food is good but compare to the prices the value doesn't worth it.

It is one of the intesting sightseeing of Batumi. You can have nice panoramic view of the city (better during day time, espacially sunset).
They have rotating restaurant on top and panoramic bar (drinks, coffee etc.).

If you are going to charge 4 dollars for a modest cappuccino in a smart environment you can at least serve it in a china cup. When I pointed out that someone else had had coffee from a china cup I was told that was the boss.

Are they really short of china cups or is this just couldn't care less customer service 30 years after the fall of communism.

The view was good despite the rain.

We overall can say liked the tower but the bar inside the restaurant was embrassing.
First of all everything over over price and as a result you are taking paper bottle self-service. Staff is not kind and not caring much even if you are the only you in the bar

Visited the restaurant as an extended family.
Good service, friendly staff.
Fantastic view, restaurant turning 360 degrees.
Shared starters and 6 different main courses which all was very good.

The prices in the restaurant is very fair, however you also pay for the entrance.

Visited the place twice with 15 months in between and been happy both times.

It is better to go out during the day and on a sunny day because it is difficult to see the surroundings through dark windows. There are many alcohol options at the bar, but the coffee is vending machine coffee and served in cardboard cups. The prices are also higher than deserved.

Located in the Miracles Park overlooking the sea, the steel tower has a double helix running along its sides. The double-helix pattern (similar to DNA) carries the letters of the Georgian alphabet. In the middle of the tower are the panoramic elevators which lead you to a glass sphere at the top. The sphere houses a restaurant which offers sweeping views over the black sea and the city.

The tower is lit up beautifully at night and makes for a great view.

Aggressive security guard. I stopped to look through window at top of lift and he started clicking fingers at me and shouting to come. He then used rude street language and aggressively ours forehead close to mine whilst shouting. I was unable to locate manager but told other staff who didn’t seem to care. I won’t return to this place until this hooligan is sacked. Totally inappropriate behaviour for what should be a desirable tourist location.

That was the worst attraction I've ever been. You need to pay 20GEL just to RIDE THE ELEVATOR. The view is even better from the ferris wheel. At night you can only see the lights inside and the window it's about 2 metres away from you and you can't get any closer. The worst dissapointment
