Ferris wheel mounted on a building

This is a rather small ferris wheel. However, it is unique because unlike other Ferris wheels which are mounted on the ground, this one is mounted mid-way up the Batumi Tower. It is a unique concept but you could probably get the same views from the tower itself. This defeats the purpose of having a ferris wheel to get great views from the top of the wheel. Still it is a unique concept unlike any other in the world.
