We visited Tavoro Waterfalls on our way out of Taveuni and are really glad we made the effort to get there. An easy hike from parking, the falls are beautiful. The water is cold but it's totally worth climbing up the rocks and jumping in to the cold pool below!

All three waterfalls are worth the effort of the moderate hike. Take leap from first fall, refreshing if hot and humid.

We had rented a taxi in Taveuni that was not quite suitable for the rugged road out to Tavoro so were a little frazzled by the time we got to Park. Thought the fee of $30/head for all over 12years old was a little steep but happy to pay so facility is maintained. Sadly the group that arrived after us... More

This is really a fun spot. The waterfall is beautiful and the hike is easy and also beautiful. The hike to the falls is along a nice path through the jungle with lots of flowers. The waterfall itself is nice and big but very accesible. It empties into a little stream and there is a fine gravel shorline which allows... More

This waterfall was really great to visit - I suggest taking the tour to the Natural waterslide as it is even better

We had so much fun visiting this beautiful waterfall. You can climb up and actually go behind the falls. Then...if you're brave enough...you can JUMP!

I only stayed in the first water fall because the mosquitos killed me!! I would be eaten if go further. It rained the previous day so the water looked muddy and grey. However the water was chilly and very good for swimming. It's not a very big fall after all, still worthy visiting if you stay in Taveuni Island.

It's an easy 10-minute walk to the first of the three Tavoro Waterfalls along a beautiful path amongst pretty plants and flowers. Definitely worth the trip for most anyone. It is a 45-minute hike up to the second waterfall with over 1000 steps sometimes with a guardrail and sometimes not. As you hike up farther into the rain forest the... More

It's worth taking the hike to the top (third) waterfall. It's a half day round trip through forest, with excellent vistas over the coast. We encountered an extremely territorial purple river crab as well as some good birdlife.
