Vinaka Matthew and Natasha for a most wonderful experience we have ever encountered on our many foodie events. All the reviews are true and accurate and when you arrive, it is even more so! Natasha and Matthew are truly modern day missionaries with a remarkable vision on living sustainably from the 100's of vegetables, fruits, berries, leaves (the lemongrass and holy basil tea was to die for!!) and amazing edible flowers is truly a gift Taveuni have been blessed with. Not to mention what these two have done for the local villages. Well done and, again thank you so much for allowing us to be part of your lives.

I have been to Taveuni on numerous occasions, and had only ever heard stories and seen photos of Gaiatree from friends and via social media So we were absolutely buzzing when we finally got to go. And even though our curiosity was amped, it didn't prepare us for the overall EPIC experience. Deeply Visceral, and yet the attention to detail in every aspect from Architecture, to presentation (location, presentation, vegetation, Vista's and a non stop taste sensation) overall filled us in more ways than one! And such amazing hosts too in Natasha, Matt and the crew. We will most certainly be heading back! Loved every moment and the Food...ah the Food! I dread looking at the photos I took because it doesn't do it justice ha ha. You gotta do the SOLS Tour! Vinaka Ropate and Gitte Kama

Gaiatree Sanctuary is a great day out when on Taveuni.Take the whole day to disvover the hospitality offered by Matthew and Natasha and their Team. Learn about their organic garden and enjoy the delicious food. The attention to detail, beautiful setting, cleanliness and presentation is second to none. I run a resort on Taveuni and I want all of my Guests to experience this day trip. I know they will love it as I did. I really enjoyed the garden tours, the yummy vego food, the drinks and the easy and welcoming conversation all day. Cannot wait to go back!

We were greeted by a welcoming and friendly Matthew and after a small car trip up the steep mountain we arrived at the most spectacular Gaiatree Santuary and the effervescent Natasha. After a delicious welcome drink we were taken on a tour of the kitchen garden by the Matthew. The stories and the knowledge he has is contagious, we then retreated for fresh sugarcane mojitos before indulging in what can only be described as the most inspiring delicious and healthy lunch from mostly items harvested from the gardens. After lunch a small treck through the farming lands to the waterfall they had us backing up for more delights from the kitchen. Matthew, Natasha and all the staff are truly amazing, generous and inspiring people. The food, the produce and the Hospitality are world class and I cannot recommend this tour enough. Thank you for an amazing experience on Taveuni. Do yourself a favour book your tour well in advance, you will be glad you did.

Gaiatree is owned, built and ran by the most beautiful couple in Fiji! Not only did Matt and Natasha remember our names (out of a 14 member tour!) But they also remembered we're vegan and would appear from their gorgous smelling kitchen with vegan versions of the very few non vegan items! The tour is so incredibly unique and inspiring and Matt is funny and charming for the entirety! If you'd like to see some Fijian jungle farming at its best than this is the place for you! The domes are gorgous and so original, made by the couple themselves and the food was honestly other worldly! Such beautiful, fresh and organic ingredients. We left full, happy and ENVIGORATED! I'm so in love with Gaiatree and from one young, vegan traveller to the hundreds of others, get your butt here.
