This is the umpteenth time I have visited this spa and I always ask for Walaa to give me some of her time after each dive day and she sorts out any aches and pains and soothes my tired body to the point I nearly float out of her room after an hour. I highly recommend the package of 3 x 50 or 90 minute massages including a Swedish, a Horos (hot oil) and one other sort of massage. Walaa is a magician.

I have had many massages but the Reef oasis spa was and is out of this world from the booking to the massage and after. I have had 2 massages so far and one more booked for tomorrow all with a lovely lady called Walaa. My back and my wellbeing have never felt so good. I choose the sea breeze special every time as it is a top to toe massage. Walaa is firm but gentle and communicates through touch. I would honestly recommend Walaa to everyone. When we return to the hotel next year I will be visiting the spa and Walaa.

I booked online for a large group. I was well informed by Julia and kept up-to-date with changes. We visited the spa on our last day. They were very professional and we received a warm welcome. We had such a lovely time, and felt very rested after our trip. Would definitely recommend this place.

The SPA is wonderful and clean, the staff are cooperative, and I especially thank the physiotherapist, Walaa Muhammad, the best nerve treatment that made my husband walk again after he had a stroke.

-The Egyptian massage was very poor. She used her elbow to press up my ribs vertically. The massage felt more like a rub just up and down not focusing on the tight spots.
-The moisturizing facial was very nice
-The luxury mani pedi was ok but not worth the price
-The toilet paper was missing from my stall and the next stall the trash can didn’t open. The soap for hand washing was hard to use.
-The door leading to the changing room opened to a public area so anyone could look.
The Reef Hotel had a Corona Virus case and I called to cancel my appointment, I wasn’t staying at the hotel. I was assured the spa was a completely separate place. Not so. I had to use the same shuttle bus, walk through the hotel lobby to get to the spa, and then pay in the hotel lobby.
I suggest you go anyplace else.

Добрый день,в ноябре буду в Шарме,но в другом отеле,скажите, не будет проблемой войти в Ваш отель?Я люблю тайский массаж с маслом,отзывы у Вас хорошие,хотелось бы знать пакетные предложения и цены-где можно ознакомиться?Было бы отлично для меня заранее заппланировать всё,так как от моего отеля около 8 км до Вашего.Спасибо.
