The Pirate Club is a relatively small diving center, which allows to hope for an individual approach. General Manager Moody Mehana is a very decent person, always ready to help and not only with diving. Diving groups are small - no more than 6 people. In my case, no more than three. They go to Ras Mohamed 3 times every week, Tiran 3 times every week and Local 1 time every week. I compared with other clubs - in most cases 2-3 days of local diving are included, in this aspect the Pirates are cooler. Ashraf accompanied me in my dives. He is a true professional in his field, who loves the nature of Egypt. Thank you so much for diving with sharks and turtles. Every dive we found something new. 9 days passed like an instant.

I did my Open Water and my Open Water Advanced with this company and was really happy. He rather helps people to find the right dive and takes the time to talk to you instead of just building big groups to earn more. My boyfriend and me had a private early morning dive, wich non other school offers.
We also went to other schools before choosing this one. Of course you can get it always cheeper, but we liked the service and the small group building and the personal recommendations. It's really worth it!

Professional warm welcome from Mr Moody and his lovely staff 🤩 Felt very relaxed and was in very safe hands during the whole experience. Family of 2 advanced divers and I did my open water course by SSI and loved every minute, nothing was too much trouble, even if I didn't understand, practiced until I felt ready to move on.
Boat trips were the best, boat staff were happy and helpful and the food was better than the hotel. You have got to try the cake 🍰🤩 it's the highlight . Our dive instructor was so relaxed and pointed out loads of sea life. We even saw turtles, ells and a baby shark 🤩 whole experience was amazing and can't wait to come back again late summer. Great meeting up with other divers and talking about our adventures of the sea back at base camp, sipping tea, catching the last of the rays of sun and exchanging stories, truly friends for life . I must add how impressed I am was the standard of the equipment and safety aspect, european standard at it's highest.

Me and my boyfriend came here to Pirates after a friend recommended this particular dive center to us. We couldn’t have had a better time. Staff is super friendly and helpful in every possible way. Excellent! Boat trips are amazing, we went to lots of different dive sites. We always felt safe in the water with them, even when there was a bit of current. Safety is always a priority here. A special thank you to Ashraf our favorite guide ever, Mohamed the hard working handyman and Moody for all the patience to teach us the deep course. We loved every single dive with you guys. If you are looking for a GREAT dive center, this is THE ONE. See you next time!

The best dive experience ever, we were put on an amazing 4 story yacht, which wasn't busy at all. It had dinner included and 2 sessions of scuba diving and snorkelling. The boat was clean, loads of refreshments and we went to a beautiful reef surrounded by tropical fish. The guides make you feels safe and welcome, and you get underwater photos too!

I had four days of diving with the Pirates, 8 dives. I was travelling on my own ,and most of the time had one-to-one diving with Ashraf. He was so friendly and helpful,beyond what was expected really. Nothing was too much trouble. Although I've been diving for 20 years and used all my own kit,I'm not a particularly confident diver but was completely at ease with Ashraf. It was also great fun, and he is an entertaining character. Moody and Ashraf both speak fluent English so no communication problems. I may well be back for more later in the year - highly recommended!

I completed my open water diving course with moodi and he was the best, I’m glad I chose pirates dive club, I got to see some beautiful sites and sea life. They made me and my daughter feel very welcome. I can’t recommend pirates dive club enough. Thanks

This is the third time we have had the pleasure of diving with The Pirates, the first time being 5years ago when they guided my very apprehensive wife through her initial SCUBA training. This time she completed her Advanced Open Water and has returned a more confident diver. Thanks guys, and see you next year!

Another fantastic trip with the Pirates family. Always have an amazing time with such friendly staff and in such a good accessible setting. They bent over backwards for us yet again and couldn't have asked for more. Cannot wait to go back hopefully later this year to progress to a rescue diver and divemaster. Look forward to seeing you all soon!

Hi, Just want to confirm about my Advanced Open Water Diver course I booked with Mohamed Mehanna on May 9-10. He told me I do not need to buy a visa for this (I am not going out from Sharm El Sheikh other than this diving course). Is this correct?
