What a joke hahahah, at £6 per person which meant for us £42 it was an absolute embarrassment. The show was kids running around and ALL the shops were closed, it is nothing like the advertisements at all. The toilets are the origins of Covid with the absolute state of them. I would avoid this at all costs. This attraction should be closed and ashamed of themselves. AVOID

I am currently Room 7202 Room 7207 in the place, and what a waste my money is, they are ruining it. It is a very rubbish hotel. It is a very poor restaurant. It is a popular restaurant, and the popular restaurant may also be cleaner than it. I do not recommend it to anyone. There are no foreigners and there are no animations show. Anyone who writes about it well is working there. There is no credibility for anything that is not worth a quarter. Najma, unfortunately, is a very bad choice

Don't waste your time here. There is nobody inside, no staff, no guest. very strange place and expensive. The place is not worth visiting, fake monuments and the fountain doesnt work and the water jets werent activated.

Going to our hotel, you pass Hollywood.
From the outside it's very enticing, flashing lights attractions - we had to visit before we left.
We stayed in Sharm a total of 6 nights 7 days and decided to go on our last night. At the entrance the ticket men explained prices of tickets and suggested we go for VIP which he said included meal and drinks. We were hungry so thought that's a good offer. 100 egyptian pounds each - not bad. Roughly £10. As soon as we got in we just looked at eachother - tack,
Like not even good tack, just tack. We quickly hurried into some shops and of course every shop in Sharm seems to sell the same thing - at ridiculous prices.
We haggled some bracelets down and went quick to VIP section at the front. We had to present our tickets twice to get seated - it was EMPTY. We took our seat and the music was ridiculous. It was loud but not tolerable. Along with the heat and music, it made us feel awful. We decided to eat.
A man came to serve us and we asked him to explain how we claim our meals with our VIP tickets - little did we know the VIP tickets did not mean meal included, it meant 200 egptian pound off our meal, in total, both. We laughed and said we were told otherwise and his response, 'Nothing in Sharm isf free.' We decided to order food below the 200 and we couldn't see ourself staying longer due to the music being so loud. Im 23 years old, I'm no stranger to loud music and having fun but this was ridiculous.
We ordered drinks and they arrived, warm and sticky. My cup had a sticky substance on the outside that I didnt even care to know what it was. Took a sip and laughed. The itinerary said the dancing fountains start at 9pm and it was almost that so we were excited something good was going to come. Sat in the VIP, we could not see the fountains unless we stood up. In fact, what was there to see. I have seen more of a fountain show with a hose squirting everywhere. People who paid less, had the best view and it was at that point we just decided that we were going to leave VIP, not bother about money we paid and just sit further out away from the speakers and in view of everything better.
We were about to leave and our food came so we sat back down and thought we would just eat first. We ordered between us a Pizza and Caesar salad. Surely you cant go wrong with those...
My salad came warm and I couldnt take more than one bite, I didnt want to be ill. I tucked into a slice of pizza and honestly i would have accepted a morrisons own 29p Pizza happily but this pizza tasted like play dough. We were just in awe we paid so much.
It being our last night we didn't care to fuss or make a scene, we just wanted to leave and go and enjoy what was left of it. A worked came to take our food away, untouched, and did not ask if there was an issue. The food looked identical, bar one bite of pizza each!!
We asked the manager if we needed our tickets to exit, bearing in mind he seated us 20 minutes ago... He was explaining to us we had money left on our tickets for a drink each and we politely declined and just asked if we could leave. He got frustrated so we asked one last time if he could return our tickets so we could leave and in front of us he screwed the tickets up and threw them on the table and said " there you dont need them to leave, you can go now."
Shocked, we just left and the lady checking VIP tickets asked us why so soon and we briefly explained and she was very apologetic.
The door men asked the same, we explained and he stormed off to find this man. (We just didnt care to complain, we wanted to go have fun elsewhere)
We were returned to the man in VIP and they began to argue in Egyptian, unfortunately for them, we understand arabic. They were saying how we had paid VIP so dont upset us and give us what we want.
He apologised and asked if we wanted another salad?! Haha
No thank you, we just wanted to go.
Please dont waste your money here. If you do brave it and want to go, dont pay VIP and dont spend long here.
Sharm is too beautiful to have such a rubbish attraction.

We attended Hollywood as a family with 4 adults and 3 toddlers all under 2 and first impressions looked nice, free entry and a show. We sat down at the tables below the stage and were told it would be £5 minimum table spend which we agreed to, after ordering 4 cups of tea and 1 bottle of water we were brought the tea but no milk, 10 mins later the milk arrived (at which point our teas were cold) after drinking our teas we decided to look around the rest of the complex, we were sat down maximum 20 min and kids were in pushchairs watching the show didnt have a seat, the bill arrived and lo and behold they had charged us £20 for 4 cold cups of tea and a bottle of water! After speaking with the manager we were told "tough" we have to pay, despite their employer advising us it was £5 per table it was actually £5 per adult! And despite the teas being cold! After 15 mind arguing about the cost we reluctantly paid and left the complex, we are not unreasonable and had we been advised correctly in the first place we could have at least ordered £5 worth of drinks each! Either avoid it at least avoid sitting down

So while you are in Sharm relaxing and enjoying the beach/sun, you'll want something to do at night. Well Hollywood is it! There are dinosaurs, the seven dwarfs and a few polar bears! Talk about a mish-mash of stuff but hey you're in Egypt and it's OK!
There are several shops, places to eat, places to have a drink and there is a pretty cool water show every hour.
This place is totally random but it works! Check it out!

It is a newly opened park and a shopping complex, it is very well secured, very clean, huge complex, located direct on Al Salam main road next to Al Salam mosque and Xperience Kirosieze Landpark hotel.
It is highly recommended for families with children, starting 7 pm you can enjoy an amazing light, sound and water show, as well as different professional shows on the main stage such as belly dancing, fire show and traditional Egyption shows.
Fantastic.

Wow not fully opened yet but this place is going to be amazing. We went for an evening - full of shops, fountain show on the lake, stage shows, street entertainers, can't wait to go back and see it again

Hollywood may look kitschy and interesting from the outside, but our visit was a big disappointment. We paid the basic entrance fee for three adults and two kids, a total of 155 egyptian pounds. This was the cheapest option and included a ride in a "7D cinema". Upon entering we were told that there would be plenty of restaurants and activites. We found neither. The place was dirty and deserted, filled with closed down shops. We asked for a refund as we felt it did not live up to the expectations given by the people at the entrance. This was denied.. Save yourself the trip. Visit Soho Park or Genena city instead.

Has anybody recently been to Hollywood, if so are they now charging an entrance fee ? we are planning on going back there next week whilst on holiday. My grand daughter purchased a bracelet last time we were there ( when you didn't have to pay to get in ) and she has lost it, so obviously wants to see if she can replace it.
thanks
