Nabil from Sharm Smile Tour organized 3 trips (so far) for us. We did a private Jeep safari into the desert, a half day trip including snorkeling to Ras Mohammed and he put us in touch with a great guide for our stay in Cairo. Nabil really went above and beyond to make sure we would enjoy it. Also being considerate of the fact that we have small children. He and the people he works with are well informed, good communicators and professional. The quality I find most valuable is that he is actively looking for and open to constructive feedback. I had a few small suggestions, which he incorporated in our next trip. I can highly recommend Sharm Smile Tour if you want to have a good quality tour.

This tour was my favorite part of the trip, you could tell that the tour guide is very proud of the city and he was very detailed in his knowledge. Definitely picked the best locations to visit and I am appreciative to how this tour was curated. Genuinely a nice guy, very personable and made sure we were comfortable and well accommodated throughout the whole tour. This was something of top notch customer service and we were very impressed. Book this tour! You will not regret it!

I was a little worried about this trip because it’s cheaper than others on trip advisor and has less reviews but it turned out to be more than worth every penny! I wish we had done it twice! The tour guide spoke very little English so we worried that we would struggle to communicate with him but by the end of the trip he easily became one of my favorite interactions in Sharm El Sheikh. He was very funny, friendly and laid back I absolutely loved his character. The ATV ride were fun and safe and he went along with our pace. If we wanted faster we told him and if we wanted slower we told him. He was genuinely a great guy and we could tell this with the limited communication we had. An awesome adventure! The absolute best!

I took a sightseeing city tour with Sharm Smile and had such a great time with Nabil that I booked to more tours, separately. First I booked an overnight camping tour in Ras Mohammed. This was one of the best experiences I've had in my entire life. Despite being such a wonderful place, I was completely alone (apart from the caretakers who weren't very far) and there were no other campers. It is an absolutely amazing place. Outside of the water, the mountainous terrain is filled with fossils everywhere. You can walk for miles under the warm sun and just take in the magnificent views. Inside the water, the reefs are not very far from the coast so you don't need to go too deep or too far to see some of the most amazing sea life. I slept in a small tent that was very rustic but surprisingly very comfortable and, since food was included, I must warn you that you will be fed nonstop. There was no shortage of anything. Granted, they're not Michelin-rated meals, but they're good and hearty. To be honest, at first I didn't feel safe because I was absolutely alone. But one of the caretakers told me he was going to sleep nearby all night and that it was his responsibility to keep me safe. He said I shouldn't be afraid as nothing ever happens but just to be sure, he would stick around. Not long after, the military stopped to patrol the campsite and this gave me much relief. In the end, I realized that my solitude was a great advantage and it made this place much more magical and I was able to appreciate it even more. There was a moment during the night when the wind was blowing so hard and you couldn't see anything. It was pitch black. You could hear the waves but couldn't see the sea. And then, like magic, the sky cleared and the waters calmed down and I was sitting under hundreds the stars and it was this absolute sense of peace that I've rarely felt elsewhere. One of the caretakers started a fire and we just sat there for what seemed like ages, looking at the flames, talking about what it's life living in Egypt. For this to be my first ever camping experience, I chose well and I will never ever forget it. I was enamored with Ras Mohammed that I booked a second trip with Nabil. But this time, I wanted a private tour of the park's main attractions. Walid, my tour guide and driver, was super friendly, super patient, super open and just an all out super guy. I told him what I wanted and that I also wanted to avoid the crowds, and he was able to customize the tour to my needs. My favorite spot was the magic lake. Absolutely crystal clear and still water right next to the beach! Five starts to Nabil and his colleagues for such unforgettable experiences!
