We had a fantastic 30 minutes swimming experience with the dolphins. A life time ambition was totally achieved. The tour guide , Ahmed ( Book Tour Egypt ) was on time, picking us up at the hotel. ( Royal Albatros ) . Then a five minute drive to the Dolphins. We were shown where to go , and within 15 minutes of arriving, we were in the water with two beautiful dolphins. Experiencing 30 minutes of total interaction with them. Touching them, dancing in the water with them and finally pulled across the water by the dolphin. The price was fantastic, compared with what other people had payed, Ahmed had done us a great deal. The only down side to the experience was the commercial aspect, with the DVD and photos very expensive. Though Ahmed had no control over that. We did purchase both the DVD and a photo, a once in a life time experience. Ahmed had arranged for the return journey, all on time . Overall experience ( Fantastic )

ALERT: Was anybody here on 2nd January who can help us find our JVC videocamera PLEASE? We were here in the morning and stayed for the afternoon show and swim with dolphins in the afternoon. We lost our JVC silver video camera. I have had absolutely no E-mails from the people who run Dolphinella, despite having Emailed them several times. The footage we had on there was our entire family holiday and I am desperate to get it back. I will offer a reward for anyone who manages to give me information that would lead to it's safe recovery. The attraction itself is OK. Our family was supposed to be one of the first that day swimming with dolphins, but unfortunately they didn't have enough wet suits and tried to squeeze my 10 year old daughter into a wet suit suitable for a 6 year old! She became very upset and we were not able to all swim together as a family. I would advise taking your own wet suit. Be warned the water is EXTREMELY COLD too! After some clever negotiating from our guide, we were allowed to see the show free of charge and come back in the afternoon for my daughter and husband to swim with dolphins. That's when we lost our video camera. Beware of the little man who sells you hot drinks when you come out. You are freezing cold and desperate for a drink. He doesn't tell you though that a plastic cup of disgusting hot chocolate costs 2 Egyptian pounds! We did enjoy our experience, but just left with a bad feeling about this place. Also there is no real advantage to booking 15 minutes or 30 minutes with the dolphins. We had booked 30 minutes, but you just repeat the same things you did in the fist 15 minutes again, the same photo opportunities etc etc. Got the feeling this was a really money-grabbing place. They don't allow you too close, so you can't take your own photos and then charge you a lot for their own photos! The people at the desk sorting out the photos are amongst the rudest, unhelpful people I have met in Egypt! Beware! Nice, but I would certainly never go back again!!!

We stayed 7 days and we were friend group. We did tour - and this was excellent. You flying around 100 meters up in open sea. Around 7 minutes of joy worth of the money what we paid... Definitely recommended
