I found the Star Gazing particularly interesting as one of the guides had a telescope and was well verse in cosmology. The star gazing is typically tied in with the day of quad biking before going towards this site. It might not be for everyone but it does give you a glimpse of how they used to live.

Starts off with a camel ride. Great at first but the heat kills you. Camels are very uncomfortable to rise by the way. You are then given some food and shisha. After that you climb the mountain. Not much fun. Then you finish off with the star gazing which is fantastic.

It was interesting , but to many people wanting money, especially the kids demanding payment for doing nothing at all, not a lot to see in the Telescopes and based on the price not really good value for money, guide was really good and interesting but have done it and wouldn't do it again.

Have a camel ride walk to the very top of the mountain and then experience making bread with the locals and enjoy some tasty food and smoke a shisha pipe followed by a truly amazing star gazing night with people experienced in looking for the most awesome sights

First time in Egypt? Then I suggest you take this trip. Being out in the Desert with the Bedouin folk & under the stars gives you a real taste of Egyptian life. Take a camel ride, or the jeep! Enjoy some amazing cooked food & smoke a shisha pipe!

I hated every moment. Camel ride, kids hanging around, eating in desert, no not my scene, stargazing, you had to. Have a vivid imagination !

Interesting evening worth a go. The star gazing was OK but very cloudy, and it comes with a 20 minute science lesson which I did not sign up for 😂 there's some lovely food for tea and nice entertainment but very interesting experience.
