Genuinely brilliant hotel and staff. So much to do with the waterpark, beach and activities all day. The entertainment team are incredibly friendly and hardworking. The cleaning staff are so incredibly thorough and leave towel animals in your room and the wait staff can't do enough for you

Hotel was lovely, but goga Who works there upset me by putting a review on here from me which was not true I would not marry him in 1 million years he was a noxious big headed prat. All other staff very good food was not good apart from that all was well.

I have visited the spa twice me and my wife during my stay in the hotel , zaineb is an absolute star thank you sooo much for your amazing massage .true professional and did such an amazing job 5star service also special mention to olga and Amgad for their hospitality and professional manners

Would highly recommend this spa - pure relax, beautiful place, friendly and professional masseuses. I had really amazing time in steam, sauna, peeling, jacuzzi and full body massage. Felt myself newborn.Thanks a lot, you made my vacation. See you next time

Attended massage and was very pleased. Recomend for everybody. I want to mention a pleasant atmosphere, pleasant smells, professionalism of the workers. Everywhere an atmosphere of calm. The staff is very friendly. Will definitely come back again. Good prices. Every customer is taken care of. It is very nice.

You will be approached by these guys whilst lounging by the pool, they are friendly and if you say you're not interested they leave you alone, if you do fancy a spa treatment though make sure you haggle the price.

My Wife & Myself stayed in Jaz Aquaviva for 10 days the Staff & Entertainment were absolutely 💯 this is the second time staying here and we will definitely be back as as it One of the BEST holidays We have been to hope to see the same staff again as we feel very safe and comfortable great water park with lots of slides really enjoyed our holiday and we still have a few days left in the beautiful sunshine.

I took my girls and I for a special treat on the at the spa, we were made to feel very welcome and we were very well looked after. My youngest (10) had a chocolate body wrap and full body massage while my eldest (14) and I had a salt scrub and full body massage. The treatment was excellent and we left feeling silky smooth ready to enjoy the rest of the holiday with fresh new skin.
