Amazing experience, such amazing talent, we walked there as our hotel wasn’t far about 15 minute walk with little ones, 7-10 without them! They loved it as they have a kids area with characters such as SpongeBob, Spider-Man King Kong. We loved the Egyptian Gods and of course the pyramids! Would defo recommend

Good Sand Sculptures. Nice depiction of historical people & places. But limited in decent facilities.
Good Sand Sculptures. Quite good depiction of historical figures etc. The place isn't big. Stalls & vendors as always in Egypt pushing & peddling their goods & trying to make you pose for photos hoping that you're going to buy them! Looked like decent cafe facilities. But don't expect to be able to pay with cards or phone payments etc. Hard cash, preferably € or U$, reluctant to accept £, especially coins, because exchange rates etc! Whole place can be done in less than 1hr. I think SandCity should rethink their prices. Overcharging isn't the way to get more business & customers etc!

Amazing to see but an hour and 30 minutes is plenty of time there.
Amazing what they have created from sand and to watch someone at work. Booked a trip which included entry and private taxi there and back. An hour visit will be long enough unless you want to stop for an Egyptian coffee and use the toilets.

The sculptures were amazing, very skilled artist however you can walk in and out in around 15 minute and take photos of each sculpture. Met Alex the camel. Was friendly and his keeper was nice but say the kids on for a photo but then decided to walk them round on the camel and charge 20usd. This would have been great as an add on to another place such as mini Egypt or the aquarium not as a place on its own.
I don’t know how long it’s been in hurgada. We have been every few years and not seen it before but would not go again and not worth entrance fee for. 10/15 minute visit

The place was beautiful, however the staffs behaviour was completely inappropriate, one of the 30 year old workers said very disturbing things to my 18 year old sister. The whole trip was ruined because of that, especially because of how expensive the entrance is. The camel itself seemed healthy, however the man along the camel was very pushy and also asked very personal and awkward questions. Simply as we were British we were being forced to pay in £, which we didn’t have, and therefore were shamed for it 1/10 experience. Would not go again, especially if you’re a young woman as the men there are horrendous!

This is good for an afternoon visit, few cute statues to see and the staff are pleasant and helpful. There is a camel Bobby Brown, you can say hello to him. He is friendly. He appeared well cared for and was in the shade getting fed and fluids Reassuring as a lot of animals in Egypt are poorly cared for.

I've visited the place before and it was one of the best experiences then but today I decided to visit it again. I searched for the ticket price everywhere but finally had to contact them and they responded that it's 50 LE for adults and have the price for children above 6 years old.
I went to there today and one of the staff told me it's 50 LE for me and 200 LE for my family because they are foreigners!! I said no, thanks and started to walk away but he said ok we have a special offer for the residents so it's 100 LE instead. Of course it was silly still so I decided not to enter and we left. I'm not sure if the management aware of this but it's very rude to have places like this to charge people according to their nationalities!!
It's something we are trying to change in Hurghada and I recommend to avoid such places that do the same!

Went there for an hour, it was really good. Worth the visit :)
Be mindful of the prices though, we messaged sand city on Facebook who said the price is $10 per adult (works out at about 170 E£) when we got there they said it is €10 or 200 E£. Eventually they settled for 180 E£ each.

My friend went earlier in the day and was charged £5.00 each , we went in afternoon and he tried to charge us £10 each. Nice row ensued and we left . My friend assures me it wasn't worth it. Half an hour at most and you're done. ,
