Thank you for a wonderful day, well organised and friendly team. The trip to Cairo was most enjoyable with our guild highlight all key point would definitely uses again for excursions when visiting

Mahmoud E. was prompt with our wishes. We use Hurghada Reisen twice. First time in Cairo in oct.2021 and second time in may 2023. To Cairo we went by airplane from Hurghada and that's how we also recommended it. In Cairo a guide was waiting for us and he showed us all the attractions and he was really qualified (he said he study in Germany egiptology) and with a lot of interesting informations.
Second time from Hurghada to Luxor by a private car. This time with friends of us. We had a really pleasant driver and also in Luxor we had a guide that who told us a lot of interesting informations.
Everything with Hurghada Reisen was very safe, pleasant and we recommend it.

I'd like to recommend Hurghada Reisen. I sent an inquiry by Hurghada Reisen website before our departure to Egypt and almost immediately Mahmoud contacted with me via Whatsapp. I booked our trip by sending passports photos and 100Є deposit via PayPal. When we arrived to Hurghada we met with one of Hurghada Reisen member at the lobby of our hotel, we paid the rest for the trip and he gave us an airplane tickets. The contact with the company was very easy and smooth for all the time.
The trip to Cairo by plane was very well planned. Pick-up on time (3:15AM). When we arrived to Cairo (6:30AM), our guide was already waiting for us. She was fantastic and knowledgeable, with sense of humor. We could decide for ourselves if we wanted to stop for souvenirs and coffee, if we wanted to take a camel ride or short boat cruise (both activities optional for extra fee). We had planty of time for photos. In the morning we started with Khan El Khalili, than Cairo Museum, lunch, papyrus factory what was optional and Pyramids & Sphinx in the end. We came back to the hotel at 8:30PM. Many thanks for this lovely day to our bus drivers and guide.
We booked Luxor by bus as well. The trip went well with some small issues. Our pick-up bus was late approx. 20 minutes an those 20 minutes matter when it's 4:15 in the morning :) Then we discovered that one of the drivers was sleeping in the back seat. The road trip to Luxor took about 5h with one stop after 2h. When we arrived we met our guide. She was very nice, told us a lot about all amazing monuments and gave us a lot of time for photos. We had an extra time for visiting Tutankhamun tomb what was optional. During the tour we found out that we needed an extra $10 pp for the boat transfer which we were not previously informed about. When it turned out that not all of tour participants had extra money, the price changed to $5. The day was very sunny and extremely hot so we were delighted when in the end of the tour our guide bought us chips and ice cream (sodium and glucose were just what we needed after sweating it all out so it kept us from feeling exhausted). Also we had plenty of cold water provided throughout the trip. We said goodbye to our Luxor tour guide and headed to the hotel. On the road we felt the rest of the crew pressuring us to leave tips, we received an envelope for tips and to be honest it wasn't very nice. For comparison, neither our drivers during Cairo tour nor our tour guides (for Luxor and Cairo) ever asked us for it and yet we were happy to tip them. Sorry to say that but here the effect was the opposite of what was intended.
The lunch on both tours was good. Thanks to the cooks who couldn't taste the dishes because of Ramadan but still everything was tasty.
Overall we really enjoyed both tours.

Couldn't praise these guys enough. I was a bit reluctant at the beginning regarding payment in advance, however everything was absolutely safe and sound. Excellent communication with Mahmoud throughout the process, our guide in Cairo (Hader) was very insightful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Worth every euro, thank you guys.

What an adventure for 175 euro pp. Pickup at the resort in Hurghada and driven to the airport. Then flying to Caïro. There a very kind and very good guide. Taken us, my son and me to the old city of Caïro. After that to the national museum of Egypt. So beautiful, we have learned a lot. After that to an restaurant for lunch. The view our off the window was the top of the piramide :-). The piramides and sphinx are very amazing to see. After this all we ware brought to the airport the fly back to Hurghada. And the last ride to our resort. Everything was organized very well. Taxi waiting in front of the everything we visit. The guide was very friendly and very good! You don't expect this for your money. The compliments form my son and me. Thank you!

Mohammed responded promptly to whatsapp and later also oer telephone when it was needed.
We booked a tour by plane to Cairo with Hurghada Reisen. Very recommended, everything was good, except that it was very busy in Cairo and pyramids.
We were picked up very early from the hotel and driven in time to the airport. After a short and smooth flight, we were awaited by our tour guide at the exit of Cairo airport.
From airport we went to first stop Cairo old town. It was convenient to do it so early in the morning as streets were empty. By 9 o'clock we arrived at the Egyptian museum, there were hundreds of people on the door to get in at 9. The museum was really impressive. Then we went for a very ok lunch along the road. Then the pyramids, pyramids are amazing, but the feeling got a bit lost by the hassle of the crowd. By 4.30 the pyramids close and depending on the dense traffic there is time to do more activities. We preferred to go to the Eqyptian market, but that was not possible with the traffic, instead we went to a ‘papyrus factory’ and some other shop, which were in fact tourist traps. If you pay 25% of the demand price it is still overpaid . We were 1,5 hrs before the flight back which is suitable for an domestic flight. Arriving back in Hurghada, a driver awaited us at the taxi stand and smoothly took us back to the hotel, where we arrived around 0900.
Our tour guide Hager was young, enthusiastic, professional and very knowledgeable. She guided us well and had answers to all our questions, that was quite amazing.
The driver was driving us safe and calmly through the hectic Cairo traffic. Never an unpleasant moment in the car.!

We booked the one day tour to Caïro with Hurghada Reisen in september and we can say, without a doubt, this was the best tour we ever experienced! Mahmoud organized everything well and for the best price I found online! Payment has to happen in cash by the driver who comes to your hotel a couple of days in advance. I was a bit worried about this, as it was not an online payment with digital proof, but I can assure you, everything was fine! What made this day so special was our guide, Hussein! Truly, the best tour guide we ever had! We learned so much, and he knows absolutely everything! I had a lot of extra questions and he answered them all, with even more information! And all of that, with a big smile! He’s so friendly, it felt like being on a tour with a friend. We wish you all the best in your life, Hussein, and hopefully your dream if visiting Greece one day, will come true! You are always welcome to stay with us, if you ever decide to visit Belgium! We opted for a day trip by plane to Cairo with Hurghada Reisen. It was one of the greatest experiences during our stay in Egypt. Everything was very well planned for us by them, from pick-up till return to our hotel in Hurghada. Hussein is one of the best tour guides that I have ever met. He is very dedicated to his job very knowledgeable of Egyptian history. He took very good care of us almost like a friend I would say. He shared a lot of great stories and informations and ensured that all our wishes are fulfilled in the most secure manner.

The schedule is very tight. Something always happens, specially in Luxor and Cairo.
Dont forget to take 5 minutes break and feel the athomsphere. Try to skip the bazars . Do not waste your precious time.
