We booked 3 trips with them before arriving in Hurghada. Mahmoud is very friendly and communication was very easy. All 3 trips were worth the money, the sunset desert trip is fabulous, although the english speaking guide could be better, it`s really exhausting riding the quad bike but it is totally worth it, dinner and oriental show were also good. The trip to Cairo will dry you up, it took us about 8 hours to arrive there, the bus is not comfortable at all and the AC is working way too much, it was way too cold and the toilet smelled very bad, so the transportation could really use some improvement. But the English speaking guide made our day, he was fabulous, we had time to make a lot of pictures, he told us from where to buy souvenirs and also fascinating stories about the history of Egipt, lunch was also very good with a wonderful view. Only negative here, we were almost forced to buy a perfume, although we didn`t really want to go to the local perfume shop, they should really ask you before if you want to go there. And the last trip we had, which was actually my favorite, was the snorkeling trip to Orange Bay. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful the beach and water are there, it felt like heaven. The guide and the boat were wonderful, lunch was also very delicious. All in all, I totally recommend this agency if you are travelling to Hurghada, they are much cheaper than other agencies you travel with and offer pretty much the same things.

We booked a transfer from Hurgharda Airport to Port Ghalib in July'19. I had confirmed it twice with the agency prior to our arrival, just to be extra safe. When we arrived at the airport there was NO ONE THERE. We waited for half an hour and then had to negotiate a taxi at the airport... for our 3 hours transfer (stressful and obviously ended up paying much more). The agency never replied to me. If you are in Hurgharda area, I'd suggest looking for another agency to avoid being let down.

The trip on the ship, taken alone, was beautiful. Unfortunately, snorkeling is only possible in dead coral reefs. It was all gray in gray. Only a few shoals of fish have brought color into the underwater world. We waited with several ships in a certain place, where dolphins were to sift. Unfortunately, the orbit of the emerging dolphins (there were three) was simply traversed by another ship regardless of this one, you could also say, the hunt for this, to catch a good look, has been opened. Summary: Many ships and many tourists are in all places at the same time. Not again, for the sake of the environment and the animals alone.

The most terrible quad bike I've ever driven in Egypt. Starting with the rip-off of buying the Bedouin cloth and the glasses, over the runway, the view - only dusty, especially on the way back, where everything had to go fast, fast and you felt like being driven in a herd. The so-called Bedouin village ... well, a few men disguised in Galabejas, not anymore. You drive to a place where you can ride a camel for a fee and buy water in a "supermarket". The seating and the tea were probably included in the price. I'm really horrified ..... this is not Egypt !!! Here I have booked by far the worst event. The only positive were the nice men dressed in Galabejas who were very helpful.
