Hurgada Marina was a nice little place. There are literally loads of food venues and bars. If you walk down to the end of the marina there is a small shopping area where you’ll find Egyptian souvenirs and clothes etc. I wouldn’t necessarily go there if you were not planning on eating out because there isn’t enough to do and it would be a waste of time. However they do offer trips there also, like boat trips etc so perhaps that would be something to do whilst there if you fancy it. Overall if you’re nearby then it is worth a visit. Also if you’re there for the day then outside of the marina and out on the main strip is lots and lots of shops that sell anything and everything. So if you plan a shopping day then that would be good to do also whilst you’re there.

An extremely beautiful place to enjoy. Located in the center of Hurghada, the marina includes a generous boardwalk with a number of restaurants, shops, some fun activities, tour operators. This amazing sea view boulevard is located next to the Sheraton Road, which is the main street in the area called Sakala. Opened in 2008, it is centered on a harbor with 200 berths and bounded by Marina Boulevard, a beautiful promenade surrounded by palm trees, parks and ochre-colored shops and apartment blocks. The marina boasts an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options. Most boat trips on the Red Sea depart from the marina. Options range from snorkeling trips to the Giftun Islands, then glass bottom tours, submarine tours and dolphin watching. There are also opportunities to use water sports and numerous diving trips. The marina is a common starting point for desert safaris and is also part of many Hurghada city tours, which usually include time for shopping and sightseeing. Other popular activities at the marina include 1001 Arabian Nights themed shows and dinner and shore transfer packages. In the marina, it is possible to find dozens of nice restaurants and bars, where is possible eat and drink, such as Grill & Chill, The Heaven, Che Guevara, Mr Greek, Stone Restaurant & Bar, Red Dragon and others. Most of the restaurants in Hurghada Marina have a terrace, so it is possible to sit inside or outside. The marina is located close to El Mina Mosque. El Mina mosque is the closest attraction to Marina. This mosque is better visit at the day time. The other attraction close to Marina boulevard is a fish market. The famous fish restaurant called El Halaka is also located very close to the Marina.

Its a lovely place to spent time especially in the evenings. There are Bars, Cafes, Restaurants, Music and few Shops towards the end. Food is little expensive, but I guess its due to vibes of the place. There are also counters for Submarine trip, Dolphin watching, Para-Sailing etc.

Made several visits here during our stay in Hurghada. Made some great friends and had good times. Beautiful area with many bars and restaurants. Small museum nearby. Pharmacy and a few shops on the Marina too.

We had one week holiday. Staying at a hotel called Sunrise resorts, amazing hotel would recommend. Staff lovely very helpful. Food fantastic. Hurgurda we felt was a tad rundown the marina was beautiful. So it is up and coming. But it’s a great experience to see how they live. We all did a boat trip snorkelling and visit to paradise beach that was lovely too. Yes we will go again and I would recommend it .

An absolute haven, We absolutely loved it here. Lots of lovely bars, restaurants and shops in such a beautiful well kept marina. We spent 4 very nice evenings here, check out the lodge for a steak xx

I am really proud of this place to be in my country. It is a clean well organized fresh air area where you can just walk with marvelous red sea view , different entertainment places ,coffees and restaurants. I recommend this place to the Hurgada visitors.

I have to say we were delighted with the hotel accommodation it was beautifully finished and exceptionally clean . The staff were attentive and friendly. In the restaurant especially Abdulla Salah, Emazi Malady and Mostafa Galai. The beach guards were also great, nothing was too much trouble and were friendly and loved a chat. Ali Faisal and Ahmed Khalat couldn't do eough for us. It was a wonderful relaxing break . Thank you to all the team .

We came to Hurghada about 15 years ago the marina was just being built and very quiet know its finished there are many more shops and loads of restaurants and bars. They serve all cuisines India, Thai, Chinese, Egyptian and of course big steaks my wife had a camel steak but I wasn't brave enough and had a T bone. The prices are very good and for our 2 meals 4 pints,4 wines it came to less than £30 so if you get stir crazy in your hotel head for the marina go later as it does not liven up till then. During the day you can admire the million pound floating gin palaces or go on a glass bottom boat for only £6 for 2 hours.

This is a good location of Hurghada, probably one of main areas. There's a restaurant for everytype of food you want at the same prices you will find in major cities centers. There's also a nice beach accessible from a beach club at the begining of the marina. The main strip (Sheraton road) is nearby and easily accessible by foot.
