I highly recommend Albaraa tours!! Their staff is really amazing, Mr Alaaeldin from Albaara tours was very, very helpful and always available on Whatsapp for all our inquiries. We were planning a private tour from El Gouna to Luxor and Alaaeldin was open to answer all our questions, requests, etc. He was very flexible and accomodating. Also, we booked transport to and from the airport. The driver was always there on time, very presentable and very nice. Our flight was delayed, but he was waiting for us without a problem!

We found albaraa travel group through online research and contacted the tour operator magdy and provided all the information needed based on our requirement. All our interests were effectively accomandeted in final internary.
Overall we really enjoyed our trip and it won't be the last time for sure . :)

I booked this one day trip on the internet. All was perfectly organized from hotel pick-up to visits, lunch and return to hotel. Excellent driver who managed to bring us back without convoy to Hurghada. Very good french speaking guide.
Only litle negative point the agency's contact in Luxor to which I had to pay the tour's balance didn't know haw much I had already paid online. He also got confused between euros ans dollars. I had printed all documents so this was solved in no time.

Me and a friend travelled to Cairo by plane with albaraa travel and were welcomed by our very lovely private tour guide imam and the driver gebrail on arrival. We had a smart, air conditioned car that stayed with us for the whole day. We started off going to the pyramids, with a wide range of interesting facts along the way. At the pyramids, we got the chance to go inside one, and took loads of amazing photos, which our guide was very happy to do for us.

Hi, Albaraa Travel Team. You're very welcome! 'Many Thanks again', for organising those wonderful trips for all my family in Egypt. We all had an incredibile time. My favourite was the 'Hot Air Balloon' over the 'Valley of the Kings' and seeing the Sun rising over the Nile River. Infact everybody's favourite was the 'Hot Air Balloon', The Quad Biking in the Eastern Desert was a 'great hit', with the children. The Submarine Trip was also amazing! The Pyramids at Giza, were awesome. The tour guide Amany was lovely. We all wish we are still there now!

Desert tour. It was a really enjoyable experience. The guide was good at English and explained well. I will definitely make reservations when I visit again.

We had been planning our trip to Egypt for some time and went with this company because of a close friend's recommendation; her brother-in-law (works for or is part owner of the company). We exchanged communications with him (Magdy Mohammed/ Madgy Albaraa) via emails and everything seemed on the up and up. We made our deposit online and were told to pay the remainder of the balance on our arrival. When we arrive at the airport in Cairo everything went smoothly enough and the three days during our time in Cairo with the touring company's agent (Ahmad Hakim) in Cairo was amazing! Ahmad was personable, friendly, detailed and knowledgeable.
First red flag: When we went to pay the remaining balance of our tour an agent we never met before, who was suppose to be our tour guide but for whatever reason was not (Imani) told us that we would be charged a 2.5% interest fee if we were to pay the balance off by credit card, this was a first time we ever heard about this and after we made a big fuss about the fee, they dropped the fee and allowed us to pay by credit card.
Then it all got worst: We arrived in Aswan via overnight train and were picked up by a driver and a new guide. The guide was not personable, didn’t know much about the sites and was always on his cell phone during our tours! He was always late and constantly rushed us through the sites because he told us he was sick! When we were finally taken to our schedule Nile Cruise boat, we were placed on the MS Concerto and not the Blue Shadow that was written in our final agreed upon itinerary. When asked why the boat wasn't the same, the tour guide told us not to worry about it as this ship was better anyways. The boat's crew on the Concerto were all lovely, however the food wasn't any good and the last night on the boat our room stunk of diesel fuel; the ship crew's remedy was to spray more chemicals (air freshener and something they used to mop the floor with) which was unacceptable.
While in Luxor, we had Albaraa arranged a hot air balloon flight for us and that was amazing. The company they used (Sindbad Balloons)was excellent! However, after we returned to the boat and had our breakfast, the lousy tour guide met us and took us on our finally tour in Luxor to visit the Valley of the Kings and Queens. While at the Temple of Hapshesput the guide again was on his phone constantly and I literally had to walk away from him as to not show my anger with his lack of professionalism.
The final leg of our trip was spent in Hurghada, which is such a beautiful place. The guide there was pleasant enough and very apologetic for what happened in Aswan/Luxor. On the last day of our trip he gave us a quick tour of Hurghada before seeing us off to our flight back to Cairo.
In hindsight, we paid a lot of money to use Albaraa Tours more than what more notable companies were charging because a friend of one of the tour company's owners/employee was a friend! We had less expensive offers for this trip and in hindsight should have went with a more notable company!
Potential customers beware of the lack of professionalism this company and some of its' subcontractors display. As travelers to many, many countries, this experience with Albaraa Tours was one of the very worst! We were severely disappointed and had it not been for the amazing Egyptian people we met along the way or the truly amazing sites of the country, we would more than likely cut our trip short.
