Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the sea

It's not a very touristy area, but it's beautiful and the people are very friendly, with stunning streets nd delicious restaurants.

To find the genuine Croatian non turistic atmosphere, you just need to walk for a few minutes along the shore, passing Opatija. Here just at the harbour you can watch the ball game in the water or when it gets too exciting turn to face the relaxing view of people playing cards in the restaurant close by. People are friendly,... More

Although not really a fishing village, this quaint town features narrow streets, a small church, harbor, and even water soccer area. We walked from Opatija and lunched at Moho while people watching. Pleasant destination after a pleasant walk.

My most favorite place around the shore. Quiet and calm, charming of sea and small houses with red rooftops, villas and restaurants. People enjoy life here and do not speed up their lives. Meet the sunrise listening to the sea and bells of St. Ana church is an unforgettable memories!

On the water, small harbor of fishing village Volosko Croatia, regularly voted top restaurant in Croatia. Gourmet menu great presentation. Service friendly and professional. Family owned, world class wine list one of our favorites!

Volosko is at one end of the Lungo Mare coastal footpath. In the quaint harbour there are a couple of places to eat and drink . Just around the corner there are several bathing places with access to pebbly beaches and the sea. If you feel energetic there are numerous alleyways that take you slightly up the hillside that house... More

At our stay in Lovran we went on Lungomare path through Opatija to Volosko where the path ends. Geting back by bus. Difficult to find bus station (it is on the main road, must go over few stairs from the beach, not marked on the beach).

Nice place to see, ending point of the 'Lungamare' path that runs all along the shore. Popular with its sea-food & fish restaurants.

Very much enjoyed our walks from Hotel Kvarner to this attractive location. On one occasion sat on a bench and chuckled at the antics of a very fit black labrador racing into the watcher to fetch a ball and a yellow toy. On another occasion enjoyed a beer on the seafront gazing out across the water. One of our best... More

We took a bus here from Opatija, it's very hilly, but so pretty and looks like a traditional Croatian fishing village. We loved it here, it's much less touristy and has a peaceful atmoshphere
