The views are beautiful but I just don’t see laying on concrete on a beach. So although the walk along the beach is lovely with plenty of restaurants and shops, it is quite touristy. If you’re walking along The promenade, you can’t miss it so...More
We did not actually sit on the beach but took several walks through the beach area. It has a beautiful view across the water, and lovely buildings bordering the waterfront. Very nice beach feel with crystal clear water.

You are not planning to spend any time in Istria. It is such a stunning area and a few night there would be good. You don't need 2 night sin Plitvice. Apart from that, your itinerary is incredibly rushed. You will spend more time in transit than doing/seeing things.
