They ask if you want a non smoking room but do not ask if you want a dog free room. I was not aware they have dogs stay at this hotel. A lady dog pooped on the floor near the bar in the back going towards the beach exit. The guard did not send anyone over to pick it up. One patron made the owner pick it up. My room smelled like a dog pissed on the carpet and it was not cleaned. That means the dogs share the same linens and towels as the guest.....disgusting! As long as you say it is a "service animal" you can bring a monkey there. Get your rabbies shot before going there

This hotel/casino is the best run on the Boardwalk. From check-in to check-out everything is very well run. The check in girls are always smiling and go out of their way to accommodate your room to fit your needs. They have a nice food court and some great restaurants also. They have a good balance of poker machines and slots and tables. They are constantly cleaning and wiping everything down and have many hand stations and wet wipe stations. Lots of change machines too. But the thing that puts them ahead of the other casinos it their top notch cocktail system and their servers. These servers go out of their way to get your drink to you very quickly and they also have a tray of cold water for you too. They really appreciate a tip and you can see they are really sincere about it. They also use the system where they walk around and ask players for drinks. Some of the other casinos make you order through the machine and half the time you never get your drink. They interact very well with the customers and are always smiling and happy to get your drink ! Always clean restrooms and never any trash laying around the machines. I stay there every trip down , just for the cocktail service alone they are the best. I see a lot of people hitting the machines seem very loose. There is a chemistry with the workers and you can see they enjoy their work. Great location and the Land Shark bar on the beach is great too !!

I’ve have stayed at Harrahs and Caesar’s in Ac. I have also stayed at Mohegan Sun Hotel in NY .This last Friday , I stayed at Resorts in Ac. Because I received a free room at Resorts , because they are affiliated with Mohegan Sun in NY , so we decided to take it . What a mistake , first from checking in ,they charge you $150 security for the room , we have never had to do that before. second No Porker Room, third WOULD YOU BELIEVE that there was no coffee maker in the room, just couldn’t believe that.I called the front dest the person said we don’t do that anymore, Really. So in the morning I had to get up get dressed and go downstairs to get coffee at the dunking donuts, when I got there only 2 people were working , the line was 20 deep.
Never again.

Attended a wedding in the Resort Casino...ironed my son's shirt with the hotel iron and the steam feature shot out rust that ruined the shirt. I had no reason to travel with two dress shirts, so I had to run out and buy a replacement.

After the wedding was over, we returned to our room around midnight. We got changed and settled in for the evening and I asked my 7 year old to turn off the floor lamp on the other side of the room. He bent down to pull the wire a little bit so the pedal would be exposed from behind the garbage can and found a used condom on the floor. Imagine my horror as he held it up and asked, "What's this, Mom?"

The toilet seat in the bathroom was attached loosely and shifted any time you'd sit on it and the bathtub drain went so slowly that you were standing in 2 inches of water at all times.

The lamp shades in the main room had a 1/2 inch of dust on them.

When I called the desk in the morning to complain, I was met with the biggest attitude and told that I should have called in the middle of the night to have the room cleaned. She also asked if I had photos to prove my claims. I most certainly do, but will spare the internet and not post them.

A housekeeping manager was sent up to review the photos and I was told that she would assess the report after speaking with the housekeeping person.

By the time I checked out, she handed me an amended receipt and told me she was going to take $80 off my bill "as a courtesy." I've never been so disgusted with the quality of the room or the integrity of the customer service. They comp rooms for high rollers all the time...they could have done the same for exposing my kid to a biohazard, but chose not to.

I emailed corporate and have received no response.

I would avoid this disgusting place like the plague. (and slightly off topic, but the food at the wedding was disgusting. Cold main courses, cake tasted like wax, potatoes were not cooked all the way through...)

Comps/cash back in the casino is very poor compared to the other AC Casinos. My girlfriend and I have lost over $80,000 per year for the past 5 years running. Very little comps and cashback to show for that. Premium restaurants at this time is limited to one (1). Difficult to get a casino drink while playing as I think they have one waitress coving the entire casino during the Covid 19 period. Will start visiting the other AC Casinos to identify a new favorite.

Totally deceptive in how they charge resort fee. Don't disclose and request a debit card to charge incidentals then place resort fee on it. Don't give them your debit card as it is more difficult to contest charges than for a credit card.

I only play craps at the casino. I used to enjoy playing at Resorts because their tables are 12 feet long and not too bouncy. Lately, the box person has been making a huge issue of shooters not hitting the back wall with both dice. I saw a lady boxperson scream and yell at a player and go into dramatics saying people had gotten fired for that. It was unnecessary, unprofessional, and generally brought the vibe at the table way down. Now they decide “roll” or “no roll” AFTER observing what number comes up. For instance, if a point number comes up, they call “no roll”, if a seven out comes, they let it stand! Real BS.
They lost a lot of business when they put up restrictive plexiglass around the craps tables during 2020 unlike some other casinos that made their plexiglass more amenable to the shooter. Now they seem to be panicking and they’re making it a drag to play there!
My message to Resorts: Lighten up! It’s a casino. You have a huge edge over the players. You’re pushing it too far and it’s no fun!

I have been playing at resorts casino for a few years now, and I really don’t go anywhere else when in Atlantic City, my host, james takes her a good care of me and I really enjoy the old-school slot machines I like that it’s a little more quiet the nearby casinos. Every time I go to hard rock I run back to Resorts with a headache. I like the pool and the room service and choice of restaurants I think that Docherty’s steakhouse and the Italian restaurant Capriccio are both very good and the food court is good for a quick bite. Also, the VIP lounge is great for drinks and another quick bite. It might be old, but give the place a chance I like it better than hard rock valleys and golden nugget. My husband even prefers it over Borgota. I think it’s a great property and great value close to everything.

I have stayed here twice about 8 years apart. I won't be staying again. We arrived for our stay and I had ordered champagne for the room. It was an add on. I arrived and it was not in the room as it was supposed to be an anniversary surprise. I went to front desk and they informed me due to room service closing at 1pm it wouldn't be brought up tonight despite check in being after 4pm. I should have been told in advance this was not a possibility. I had that removed from my bill. Inside the room there was a large brown stain next to the entertainment center and the room overall looked dirty. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and we had to ask for that too. It was poorly run to say the least. Paid for a premier King and felt like it was nowhere near worth the money. I would not recommend.
