Nice walk, even in November- although not a good idea after dark in many spots

Beautiful Boardwalk and it's a shame that so many casinos are closed. The "dead" spots breed some unsavory looking sorts at night. I remember when it was fun AND SAFE to walk the... read more

I have always enjoyed walking on the boardwalk and this is a nice boardwalk. You can't beat the views of the ocean but some of the views on the boardwalk are not so nice anymore. I went for about a 2 mile walk and was asked on 4 different occasions for money from people panhandling. I am very torn about... More

After all these years, I still LOVE the AC boardwalk. It sadly isn't what it was 20 years ago but I still love the boardwalk. There's nothing better than walking up and down the boardwalk after sitting in a casino! The cool breezes at night with the stars and the waves cannot be beat!,

We visited the last week in November as we had a time share week to use. Stayed at the Flagship resort ocean view room. walked the boardwalk on 2 very nice middle 60's temp days. A lot of the shops were still open and we went in to the Tropicana to eat and gamble. Also had an I Max theater... More

Beautiful Boardwalk and it's a shame that so many casinos are closed. The "dead" spots breed some unsavory looking sorts at night. I remember when it was fun AND SAFE to walk the length at any hour.

This boardwalk has seen its day, and its long passed. The city tries to maintain the boardwalk, but the shops and restaurants are just tourist traps. The beach is actually very nice, and I think it's free, odd for NJ. I only visit when I have to be in Atlantic City for a seminar or meeting, otherwise I stay away.

We visited the shops on the boardwalk and stopped in many of the shops because my wife loves to shop and we purchased some items. The variety of cloths and other neccesity items was abundent
