hey there @mashav201 it took us 2 days to trek it - you could get a private guide but definitely have to do a bit of it on foot. You could get a donkey / motorbike some of the way but there will be quite a bit of trekking... More

No,there’s other option for tourists. However, if it makes you feel better, if you’ve already done Machu Pichu you might find the lost city a little disappointing and underwhelming.

sorry for my late reply.. the trek is demanding and unless your kids are super fit I would not recommend to do it with kids.
