Couldn't ask for a better weekend. The weather is amazing. The boardwalk is clean and friendly. Love the animal friendly time of year. Watch out for the bicycles!

We have not been to Asbury Park for many years but not much has changed. The Convetion Center looks like it did 50 years ago but the are signs of revitalization. It was nice to have a Soft Ice Cream and look at the Atlantic and People watch.

Asbury Park has done a great job reviving the Boardwalk but it is more adult centered than children, There are good restaurants and bars but if you have small children there are other boardwalks (Point Pleasant) more accommodating. Spent a couple of days here as a getaway with my wife and really enjoyed the beach and boardwalk

Probably the most eclectic beach area in NJ! LGBTIQ, straight, black, white, Asian, Latino, artsy, dog lovers, cats on a leash, varied restaurants, cigar friendly on the boardwalk, bike friendly, etc... Truly a welcome mat for all has been set out by the city planners in AP! Parking isn't cheap but there is so much to do I guess it's... More

From the usual food and pinball galleries, to a place selling totally granola - soaps and crystals, to the shady and perfect marketplace in the concert hall with shave ice the size of your head. For once at the shore, high prices get you quality. We love AP!

Easy walk from Asbury Hotel. Weekdays the badge checkers leave at 4:30 and lifeguards at 5. Dog beach North of 8th, 30 plus pooches plus owners. Dog friendly restaurants but not beach. Get off before 8|30! Food trucks in North offered Variety.

Great different style boardwalk, lots of trendy shops, restaurants and bars line the boardwalk. Seniors, hipsters, gays, kids all share!

Great beach with a nice boardwalk and a lot of shops & activities. Parking lot in front of the beach gets filled quickly during busy summer time and you have to circle around for a street parking spot. You can bring food to eat in the beach. OK restrooms and no designated dress changing places. Overall, great experience!

It was a beautiful weekend so we thought we would go to Asbury Park. Was I surprised when I saw just the boardwalk and no rides or stores along the boardwalk. There is one place that houses quite a few things you might like. Do you remember the snow cone, well they have it and it was delicious, especially when... More

I grew up coming to the Asbury park boardwalk, I grew up very nearby, and this is a great choice to bring your family as opposed to the very commercialized options of Point Pleasant or Seaside Heights. The others certainly have merit, but Asbury Park has a lot of culture to offer with great places to eat, great bars, shopping... More
