The opportunity to run, ride or simply walk is just great. A good distance in a safe environment. No cars allowed and plenty of snacks healthy and no sooo healthy ones along the route. Excellent to go with kids.

Every Sunday major portions of the city are closed to vehicle traffic. Instead the population heads out walking or riding bicycles, rollerblades, or even with the dogs. Its a great way to stay active and spend time with family and friends with less worry about...More

Ciclovia is an awesome concept that allows the people of Medellin to partake in exercise and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Get off the couch on Sundays and come for a Jog or Bike ride.
