If you want to have a moment for yourself ... a moment that calms your mind and strengthens your body... doing this activity in Flaying tree Yoga Studio is a good option. Located in an exclusive sector of the city, with Professor Andrea and with an excellent price ... can be an option on your knowledge journey in Medellin... In a simple place, in a house adapted for it ... its owners ... they do a good job where You all you have to put is motivation... I had my first class and came out ... different many days ago I didn't feel that way my body and my mind.. why not try something like that. I invite you and good way !!

I tried a few yoga studios in the Laureles neighborhood of Medellin and this one was definitely the best. They offer lots of classes (mostly in English) and the teachers are great. The space is beautiful, clean, and sunny. In fact, I liked it so much I wrote a more detailed review on my blog - Girl Untethered: A Travel Blog.

Offers both English and Spanish classes. As a yoga instructor myself, it’s always such a pleasure to find a studio that has great teachers and a calm, inviting space. Consistent class schedule with events and workshops. You can rent a room and stay there, too. Highly recommend.

We've been here in March and enjoyed our one month yoga teacher training and several classes in the studio. It was a fantastic time with really good yoga teachers. We miss you!

I spent a month living at flying tree yoga in Laureles as part of the yoga internships Colombia program, and would recommend the program to others! Classes at the studio are varied, with a wide range of excellent teachers! Definitely worth a visit for any yogis/yoginis visiting Medellin. In terms of the yoga internship program, it delivers exactly what it promises, space to teach your own classes, increased confidence and the space to explore and grow your own teaching style. The teaching yoga in Spanish component was really well run! A great introduction in how to transfer your teaching ability across to another language. Myself and the other interns were all welcomed into the Flying Tree Community. Wonderful range of teachers and we all felt extremely supported by Andrew while we were there. The accommodation is basic and you need to schedule your activities around when the classes will be held. If you are someone requiring something a bit more luxurious or need a lot of personal space, have a chat to Andrew about what to expect before jumping in.
