This is an amazing opportunity for the entire family to escape the busyness of the big city pase. It provided us an opportunity to enjoy the peace and tranquility of being surrounded by the beauty and harmony of Mother nature. You're surrounded by waterfalls, nature trails , park activities, and extreme sports if you desire. I highly recommend this evolution!

We had an amazing guided tour by the staff of the park and it lasted almost 2 hours. The food that was available was also very good and the coffee was good too. Just the cable car ride into the park is amazing. Definitely worth the money and half the day!

Parque Arví is a sprawling nature reserve located just outside Medellín, Colombia. The park covers almost 40 acres (approximately 16,000 hectares) of dense forest, plants, and ecosystems. It’s situated on top of a hill, offering sweeping views of the surrounding area. We took the short hike with an English speaking, experienced tour guide, Oscar! He was very entertaining and pointed out endemic species like birds, butterflies and orchids amidst the lush forest. We took the most scenic way to get there by riding Medellín’s Metrocable L Line (requires a separate ticket from the standard metro line). Whether you’re interested in nature, history, or simply enjoying the outdoors, Parque Arví is a must-visit when in Medellín! 🌿🏞️

A huge park (40,000 acres) whose scale you recognize as you take the cable car ride up to the park. Largely forested with flora and fauna in distinct ecosystems. Reportedly has 70 species of birds, 72 types of butterflies and 19 species of mammals amongst. There are many trails here, both walking and for bikes, motorized and not, including the Pre-Historic trail, possible 1,500 years old. There is much to do here which I didn’t have the time to do properly. Leave yourself at least half a day.
