Really recommend La Mesa Food Tour. David our guide does a great job. Didn’t realize at first that Tour was in Envigado but was happy to experience another area of Medellín. This was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation.

You try food you otherwise never would have tried. You try famous empanadas, arepas and chinchurron. Maybe a bit too much fruit during the middle of the tour and I didn’t like the dessert, but hey we got the local experience!
