The concept of this library in such a poor and previously very dangerous area is wonderful. The views over the city are great. The architecture is no doubt amazing if you like that sort of thing. But actually visiting it is missable I think. Not...More

This was such a cool library. And it's history, along with that of the neighborhood and the metrocable, is so interesting. If you're going to take a ride in the metrocable, you must get off at the Santo Domingo Sabio stop to see the library!

Observation deck offers great views of the Aburrá Valley and the sprawling city below. Single mothers and children mill about the ground floor waiting for government dispersements.

This and the De Grieff library are amazing buildings with great views of Medellin. For the price of a Metro ticket, you get the tram ride and this terrific experience. Go around sunset for the best views.

I really like it from an architectural point of you, I love the contrast of this building with the surrounding area and the view from outside, I didn't actually use the library except watch a photography exhibition but I liked getting to visit it.

This is cool and calm place to visit in cable cars. Good wind and open air you can even hear to live music on weekends.
