Do not book with this company! Our driver never showed up and we missed our flight

I booked a 7:30 airport transfer from Bosko to Medellin airport for a 9:15 flight. At 7:45 I called to check and the company forgot my reservation! Then they proceeded to say my flight leaves at 11:40 (excuse me?! You just made up some random flight time?!). Then they said they sent a driver who is 40 mins away. We called another company in the end but obviously with so much time wasted we missed our flight. So disastrous!!!

My fiance and I are in Colombia to celebrate our engagement and we are missing the Cartagena part of our trip because of this company. Please stay away from these guys!
