The 2-hour bean to bar experience was great with the kids. Tour began with a brief history of chocolate followed by two hours making, in succession, Aztec and Spanish chocolate drinks followed by making one's own candies. The kids loved it. Fun for adults too.

Regardless retail vs museum it is worth a visit if only to get a sample. Location is quite easy to get to.
