Permanently closed, however there is a casino one block to the north that is open.
I tried to notify Trip Advisor that it is closed but the name kept auto correcting to a place in Thailand. This was a casino located in the Bocagrande section of Cartagena.

Comfortable gambling

This is located inside a mall. I did not gamble, just stock my head in to look around. If you enjoy gambling, I suppose it is as good as any.

Modern, love the set up with your private screen to play roulette. nice ambience.
Not so popular because its not in a nice building and kind of complicated parking but the casino itself is my favorite

So no I wouldnt recommend you to go to this or any of the casinos in Cartagena. The service is not that good, like the first time I went they had very good service but when I went back it was very bad. The waiters were kind and friendly but they would just have you waiting for a long time. And well also I never won anything, that can be just bad luck but I didnt really find out what their payout rate was.

I have spent about 10 days at this casino between a trip in February and a trip ion November. I swore on my last visit, that I would not return. Drink service is great...here is the issue.

Dealers: all are new, or seem new, very reliant on the pit bosses. Horrible at dealing and any sort of communication to players (I speak Spanish, so it wasn't a language barrier)

Pit Boss: They too must be new, and every day new people must come in, because they too were confused too much.

While playing Black Jack, dealer misdealt, but instead of leaving the bets, and re dealing, they froze the table for 25minutes to try to get the eye in the sky to see what happened, since the dealer lied to the pit boss about what had happened. After 25 minutes, it was a re-deal, but they kept the same dealer on the table. Management wasn't accommodating to the issues. So off to find a new casino.. Rio, here I come in March!

We visited the casino just for coincidence because we were at the mall shopping, decided to check it out and have a drink in between. Very happy we did, our bartender was very friendly and made delicious cocktails, so boom!! Let gamble.. we ended up winning enough for our tab & shopping. After that we visited again and the experience was the same if not better. Great facility and awesome restrooms I might say. This is a must when in Cartagena.

I won a pretty good amount of money at this place. The carpet is god awful but who really cares about that? Ha. Nice bathrooms-- stiff drinks-- good payout.

Surprised to find a Casino in Cartagena

We did not realize they had gambling in Columbia. We entered to get an idea of their Casinos, given that we lived in Las Vegas for many years. Not as grand but neat clean and moderately busy with the full variety of table and machine games. Enjoyed a drink at the bar and left
