While walking in the Old city we found this small but cozy place, the drinks are cold, attention is great and the atmosphere is peaceful and colorful. Great if you want to hide from people selling all kind of things in the streets of the old city in Cartagena.

I felt the good vibes from Via Apia pouring through the doors 2 days before we stopped in. I don't know what took us so long to go in. Nubia (owner) and her daughter Silvia are two of the kindest and most genuine souls you will meet. The bar is very well decorated with famous music artists, mostly 70/80/90's which is also pumping from the speakers. There is a large TV hung above the bar which plays sporting events, local and foreign. A lot of people have stated this bar being really expensive, but I found it to be reasonable. The beer is cold and there is a very extensive choice of liquor. Nubia let us try some of her specialty meat and it was delicious! We were welcomed with open arms and invited us into their life. Cheers to new friends :) I cannot wait to return to Cartagena soon to visit them again. Definitely claiming this as our local go to bar.
