Excellent option for shopping. The top level is has a great dining area with various restaurants. This mall was converted from an old bull fighting arena and it's interesting to see how they've built around it. Makes for a great dining experience.

What was once a bullfighting arena transformed into an ultramodern shopping mall with excellent taste in its layout, lighting and venues. The top floor has a wide selection of first- rate restaurants with a stunning view of the city. In a way, Cartagena, the colonial tourist attraction has suddenly caught up with our contemporary world at its best.

This mall is near the wall in the San Diego area, and it was build around a former bull fighting arena. It's beautiful, with high end shops, restaurants, and nice public areas. Be sure to go outside on the upper floors to see the views of the city.

If you are in need of an AC shopping fix, this is the place to go. Lots of trendy shops and a couple of some bargains if you know your prices. There is an extensive food court type set up, but with all the marvelous restaurants in Cartagena, do you really want to eat in a mall?

Definitely worth a visit if you're in Cartagena. This is the high-end shopping mall, but even if you're not shopping its a cool building to see and unlike anything else nearby. There's quite a few floors (I can't remember how many), but the top floor is full of restaurants with lots of different choices - I had really great pizza up there. There's tons of taxis outside waiting to shuttle you as well. I stayed til the mall closed and was worried about transportation but the taxis were buzzing all about.

Wonderful escape from the heat! Not your typical shopping mall. On the lower level there are several ATMs, including Davidienda and Colpatria that do not charge fees. Excellent “grown up” food court on the top floor with 9 different restaurants and a beautiful view of the city. Was a welcome relief from the heat and hustle of the Old City. No street vendors and visited mainly by Colombians.

Beautiful and posh shopping center in the old town, ideal to end up in to escape the heat and rechange. It has everything for that, from wonderful high end shops to a very good Colombian restaurant and the wonderful Juan Valdez coffee shop which makes the meet affogato in the whole world. Sorry Milan.

Absolutely stunning building and high end shops for your retail therapy or to escape from the heat. Some restaurants on the top floor and amazing views. I didn't come to shop but had a wander as the sun was setting, stayed for an hour.

While visiting Cartagena for a birthday celebration my friends and I, 5 African American women of around the age of 50, decided to go shopping. We started in the coffee shop no problems, moved to Kicks to purchase shoes and then to Carmen Steffens shopping as women do. Well the observations began at MAC. Small statured female guard came in, looked around, left, came back and then turned around for a second time. Hmmm that looked suspicious. We purchased our items and left. Then we moved downstairs to Marva and the real fun began. We started shopping, asked for Champaign (it wasn't offered as others had some) and we looked up. Every worker plus security was standing around looking. I asked for security's purpose. He then left but it was quite obvious; we were being profiled. Mgmt was there with attitude. I can't believe they hadn't seen African American women shop before. We purchased our items and then left. Finally, we popped into one last accessory store, looked around, began to walk out and damn, security was in the store again. UNBELIEVABLE. If you are of African American descent I would not go there. ATTN SECURITY..ALL AFRICAN AMERICAN/COLORED/BROWN PEOPLE DO NOT STEAL

We receive visitors from different races in La Serrezuela Mall daily, without any exceptions, and we are aware that a city like Cartagena hosts people from all around the world, which is great, and we extend our hospitality to all of them. On the other hand, 70% of the population in Cartagena is African-American, and they are our permanent and common clients, who enjoy visiting the mall. Our security team objective is to protect and guide anyone who needs help, we apologize if you felt personally affected with our daily security operation of the mall. We hope you visit us in another opportunity!
