Beautiful colonial building with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic. The location is also suitable for private meetings and access is easy. The history of the place takes you back in time.

Wonderfully well rebuilt in its original Republican architectural style! The lamps hanging from the wooden ceilings keep the style. There are big two libraries for adults and children, and the Hans Federico Neuman Musical Documentation Centre. Art and handicrafts exhibitions can be seen in the front yard.

I went there for an art exibition. It's quite interesting but not that wow. I liked it because of the historic importance.

This is a beautiful old building - the original customs house for the city. However, most of the building is in use by the Chamber of Commerce - the only space you can actually enter is the library. If you're into walking around and looking at things, this may be your cup of tea. If you're hunting for excitement, move on.
