This used to be called, and still is by locals, "The Music Park." It was a manufacturing area with factories building tube components for TV's, etc. It has been transformed into a very nice spot to relax and enjoy life. Remnant machines and other articles from the old factories have been turned into pieces of are displayed in the park.... More

The plaza has put much of the old slogans back to memorize the age of old communism factories. The best IMAX cinema of Chengdu is settled there. And the place is also full of cosplayers. You can find groups of them in all kinds of clothes everywhere... Delicious food is found around the plaza.

Interesting spot, old industrial area transformed into bar restaurant and photo opportunities. It hard to find a bar in Chengdu that is just a bar but went you find one you find ten. Very nice area, tones of art pieces including a jet. Was here with kids so I can't comment on bar standards but look good.

Loved this place; another communist China factory area turned into an art outlet so young Chinese visitors can gather and share their ideas. Not so big as Beijing's 798 but somehow different and more tastier that its big brother. Statues, Monuments, galleries, bars, and restaurants (one place worth to mention is their Beer store close to West Entrance, with LOTS... More

We visited here while friends were in town. We went during the day mid-week. It was pretty dead, but the buildings and some of the various artworks around are interesting. I've been separately in the evening and many more people were present. Its basically a variety of coffee shops and bars/pubs with a few restaurants. There is an IMAX theater... More

This Taoist temple is nice with many beautiful buildings and statues.you can also have a therapist project given to you based on a stick that you take from a cup. I still have the paper and it was fun! The best part about this temple is how many local people hang out there. There is a tea pavilion where you... More

This is Chinese Industrial Heritage. A 1950's television tube factory opened by Mao that has been tastefully re-used as a recreational area. There is not a great deal too see but there are a lot of music bars and frequent musical events that happen in the evening so I suggest that this is the best time to visit. There is... More

We visited with our 1.5 year old from 5-7:30pm on a Saturday evening and, at those times, we were the only Western tourists there. This place has something for everyone, but probably only for 2 hours or so. Lots of bars, cafes, dessert shops - good place for a romantic date or for hanging out with friends. There is a... More
